Ive ordered new R's for the two front panels and the rear. How easy it is to remove and stick on the new ones????

Piece of **** mate. Use a hair dryer or a hot air gun (carefully) then you should be able to pull the old ones off. A little bit of white spirit or bug and tag remover will get rid of the rest of the glue.

Or use a bit of tooth floss and saw behind the badge through the sticky backing. The remove/roll the rest of the backing off and use white spirit/WD40/GT85 or even a bit of petrol to remove the sticky residue.
