I wouldn't pay that much for it.
Granted mine is a 2014 sport Coupe but has more kit on it than that. It's been valued by multiple valuers at between 6k and 7K with only 40,000 miles on it.

Forecourt price and trade in / private price are 2 completely different things, and probably 2k+ apart
 
Price looks about right to me. A quick look on Autotrader and this is priced similar to matching year/model and milage. Looks like a nice car.
I have no experience, no pun intended, with the xperience model so can't give any advice on what to look for.
 
Looks OK, but with your experience of Skoda have you considered a Scout? I'd be tempted to get better tyres for farm tracks in all weathers and maybe higher profile ones (with or without smaller wheels).
