Looking to buy a Leon x-perience and open to advice

I currently run an Octavia vrs dsg 2010 model. Looking to change and ive found a Leon X-perience for sale, I work a lot for farmers so the 4x4 could come in useful
Ive seen this one for sale if anyone can tell me what I need to know etc?

I wouldn't pay that much for it.
Granted mine is a 2014 sport Coupe but has more kit on it than that. It's been valued by multiple valuers at between 6k and 7K with only 40,000 miles on it.

Even at 2k apart, it would still be cheaper than the car advertised.

Price looks about right to me. A quick look on Autotrader and this is priced similar to matching year/model and milage. Looks like a nice car.
I have no experience, no pun intended, with the xperience model so can't give any advice on what to look for.

Looks OK, but with your experience of Skoda have you considered a Scout? I'd be tempted to get better tyres for farm tracks in all weathers and maybe higher profile ones (with or without smaller wheels).
