thats a well specced car that, same spec as my 184 apart from i don't have the alcantara,

yep thought i would bite the bullet , bit more than i wanted to part with .
But 5 weeks with no wheels was starting to get to me a bit.

amazing how much you miss a car when don't have one. good thing is you avoided the biggest hit buying one a few months old. go on the seat web page and put the spec in the car configurator see how much it would have been new, that will make you smile when you see what saving you made

10k :p

thought id done well getting a 184 with 5 mile on with loads of toys with a 7.5k saving

top marks pal if you saved 10k can't fault ya, theres always a right place right time deal if your patient enough

I was hoping for about 11-12k off list but the lack of good specced cars made it difficult

7.5k off list with only 5 miles is damm good on a 184

only way is to sell privately and buy again in that case , unless you are going for a cupra
can`t see how spending more money on the same car is going to be better financially.

Just play it by ear as im on a pcp. quite happy with what i've got unless they offer deals too good to refuse then you know there short of sales. Would love a cupra but 15-16k miles a year couldnt justify a petrol engine but they are an awesome car particularly the dsg

I paid cash for it , so my only concern is depreciation the discount of 40% from list price with options will hopefully help that a lot .

I got 56% back from what I paid for a brand new mk1 all those years ago would be nice to get the same back.

I still can't work out how that dealer is Essex was selling one for 14k with 1200 miles on the clock.

well picked up the leon today, as what started as a exciting day has now started to piss me off a fair bit .

the perfect looking car i had already seen on the video was not what greeted me on collection , seems some twonk in the dealership has had a light collision with something and has put a scuff on the front bumper and chipped the edge of the bumper too which had been painted badly with touchup paint.

also it looks as if the edge of the bumper does not align properly with the wing.

also the dreaded cracked brake light was adorning this car too, and to top it off the boot protector was not in stock which was promised.
