Losing 0.5 psi a day

I got a pressure warning on my dash the other day and found a nail in the side - non repairable. The tyres were 2 weeks old! Annoying.

So what new tyres did you go for?

As the one with a nail in was so new, I just replaced it like for like to match the rest - Sport Contact 5P.

They seem ok, but will do some research when I need to replace axle pairs.

mine is sorted now, i had a bigger nail than that? how come yours was not repairable?

Tyres shouldn't really be repaired if the damage is on the sidewall as this is the load baring part of the tyre - I think it's only safe if the repair is within the 75% of the tyre surface, so the edge or sidewall is out of the repair zone.
