Loss of boost- but gauge shows boost

sometimes when driving the leon and it starts to come on boost its as if i have hit a brick wall lol the car doesnt boost at all but the gauge does if you get me?

anybody had the same sort of problem and what was it?

This had got the potential for a boost leak mate? Maybe worth a check under the bonnet for split pipes or blown off hoses?

This would show you've got pressure, but not volume from the turbo (unless the boost gauge is plumbed wrongly).

Look for a boost leak, Lee.
