after seeing what stones etc do to intercoolers

i think a tad of mesh would be a good idea to protect my intercooler slightly

I was thinking of a black honey comb to match the upper grills,,,

pics would be appreciated of different idea's

also where you got it from and how you fitted it...

You can get some honeycomb mesh from halfrauds and spray it black. Thats what im gonna do as I dont want my intercooler getting little dents.

i was thinking a bit of fiberglass and resin to hold mine in place...

you know you've cut the middle beam out of the bumper there, have you had it smoothed in?

if you look behind your bumper you will see 3 (might be 2, done mine ages ago) prongs sticking out, make holes in your mesh where the prongs should go and hook the mesh over them, i used fibreglass for the bottom of the mesh but if your FMIC is close to the bumper anyway (like mine is) i would say you dont really need to use fibreglass

Dan/Chris: just 1 or 2 things left to do now and all shall be reveiled
