lowering 5dr sport ...?

hi everyone.

currently running in an 09 Sportblack (1.4) , which looks fantastic but could do with a touch of the lowering stick. I reckon its at least 6-7 cm or more clearance wheel to arch.
Looking to half that but keep the car useable
(it has the bodykit so big front overhang spoiler!)
30mm or so drop should be about right , will use OE dampers.
Would like to keep ride as it is , already its quite firm.

(I have checked and no delivery blocks appear to be in the suspension springs )

Anyone done this , or have recommendations?
