Im not too sure this is even possible what im looking for but here it goes..Im wanting to close the cap between the archs and wheels abit more something like 30mm-40mm..But i don't want a crashy go-kart feel to the LCR...

As the IHI ibiza was like that which served its purpose but the LCR has alot more practiability so comfirt is a major issues...id Be happy with anything new The lcr Firm Ride..

My Next question is what type of springs are good and have a nice feel to them? My Damper are in very good working order so a small drop would be ok IRRC..

Any advice and pictures would be greatfull

The problem with ALL SEAT's is that the springs are too stiff, and the dampers too under damped.

new OE shocks with Eibach's would be a budget effort, but the minimum that would be worth doing.

Danny,

With the springs advertised for the Leon range its all based on the poverty spec Leons.
The LC is 10mm lower than the poverty spec and the LCR is 11mm lower than the LC.
So stated drop minus 21mm = LCR new ride height.
A 20-25mm drop in the LCR looks good and doesn't have to much detrimental effects to the wish bone angle.

No you need to be looking at 40-50mm drop spring to give you 20-30mm actual drop.

This is 25mm drop front and back on KWV3 coilovers.

Don't get too hung up on 1cm

Just buy Eibach's rather than shite that you think will look right.

As above, got for known quality over drop.

But 50mm should give you 30mm drop, yes

I'd personally go for 40mm as this will give you a bit of drop but not compromise the suspension geometry/wish bone angle.
I'd consider waiting and saving up for shocks too as these are a weak point in the LCR system and you'll be in there anyway so woiuld be silly not to do these with new top mount bushing too

Proper job!!
