Hi im looking to lower my LCR but just wanted to ask which springs would people recommend, and is it just a case of taking off the stock springs and replacing with shorter ones, without changing anything else ??

It's all depends what drop your after really?
It's always best to get matched springs and shocks as the car will handle better and also give you a better ride quality.

Damian im not after a massive drop just something to make it look better, i wont drop to much as i manage to catch the front splitter as it is.
Something like the Eibach Pro's may be a good option for you then:
