Fitting retirement. Once you've had something like that, ( the car not the daughter) I think it permanently changes what you want for a fun car.

Right, well he came with some cash, and is coming back tomorrow night with more, so that's all good

Garage is already 'transformed' and will be getting a spruce up with new paint and some carpet too.

I'll be sad to see it go, but if it's not getting used then it makes sense.

Getting there! I can get to the back of the garage now, and this week the work benches are coming out.

The toys are still here, they're just taking a different form that might get used once in a while now.

New owner took the car home last night - apparently very sideways - the only way it should be.

Good to hear you've sold it at this time of year, missus has decided she wants a new car but doubt it'l sell. I'll miss it, I pinch the keys at weekends
