Magnetic oil filter

Hello Everyone

Looking on the carbible web site, I read that magnetic oil filters are good for what ever reason. Just woundering if anyone has done it to a TDI?

I know the oil filter is in a stood up chamber thing but just thought id ask...

doubt you can get a magnetic oil filter , as the vag diesels use a paper element filter- very like a small air filter , i know on ECS tuning you can get a magnetic sump plug which holds onto metal particles in the oil ,

nah , i wouldnt mind trying one tho , be interesting to see what it catches

we could share one proberly cos itll do its job in 500 mile

then pass it on 12 month later get it back ha start again lol
