Basically you cannot make your car sound like a Supra or any other, as your car sounds like a LEON. It has a recirulating dump valve so it doesnt dump it out say like a Supra.

You could disconect the pipe from the DV so it dumps the air out, but the car wont run right and you will get ECU errors.

The LCR wasn't designed to make a Whoosh, It is possible to fit a dump valve that will make a whoosh.

You may not get problems straight away but it will cause problems in the long term.

Overall you'll be spending money to make your car sound faster, but go slower......which can't really be what you want......I assume

anyone who has spent any time on scoobynet knows of the term SIAL (scooby in a lake) used to refer to something that everyone has seen posted umpteen times before. Me thinks this would deffo have to be the SCN version!

I was at a set of lights, parked - when a BMW pulled up. Nantwich town centre, 8am, quieter than a quiet town in quietville - until 5 mins later whoooooooosh. I turned to look at this 320 and this righ chav driving it - thinking, some people have no idea!

Girlie looks over at me laughing - "dont know why your laughing, you want one of them" - I didnt get into the whole recirc valve thing, wasted on her!

LCR + Remap + Forge 007 + RamAir Maxflow induction = Fsssshhhhhhh-Tish noises (surprisingly loud, I thought.) Lot of cash to spend if you're only after the noise, though.

But hes been a member since 2003. Surely this cant continue?!?!

Didn't say it was brilliant or my favourite thing about the car, just stating the facts. Since fitting the Maxflow kit my car has been remarkably whooshy. Wasn't the reason I bought it, though. :p

For the record, I am 30 years old, I have a full-time job which is not a major fast-food chain, I possess no (real or fake) items of Burberry attire, Rockport boots, white socks, tracksuit bottoms, Brylcreem, sovereign rings, chains (or, indeed, any items purchased from Elizabeth Duke @ Argos), and my car has no tints, neons, LED washer jets, bolt-on "motorsport" wings, fake carbonfibre, HKS/Greddy/Kenwood/Alpine stickers or chrome M3 mirrors. :D
