Many Mk1 Tolly Tdi Problems

Hi all Ive just picked up a Mk1 Tolly Tdi and Ive got a few problems with it.

1. Rev counter doest work.
2. MFA doesnt work.
3. Will not boost properly and constantly Runs in "limp mode" Changed MAF sensors over with my friends Audi with the same AHU engine but stil doesnt work.
4. Glow plug light keeps flashing on and off.
5. Cant find OBD port.

Help asap please Ive got to get the car running properly by Monday

I think the OBD port is the 2x2 format under the right side of the dash

Yes thats the one. Ive managed to find the OBD port but now cant get hold of anyone with vagcom!! Plus it aint the usual OBD2 connection

I have very little idea how to help you, but from having read around the forums, your turbo problem has been described elsewhere in the forum (albeit on a Mk2):

Of course if you can hook it up to VAGcom, then you'll know more...

the mk2 uses a different engine the 110bhp. the 90 doesnt use a vnt turbo so couldnt see that being a problem. Its getting annoying now!
