MAP failure

Hi!

I'm having some boost issues at the moment and therefore I made a pressure test of my system.

I then discovered via. vagcom that my MAP sensor only read up till 1400 mbar, which I thought was a bit odd, as I had 1bar in the system!

Is this some kind of "safety" **** when the car is not running or is the MAP sensor (Supercharging pressure sender -G31-) defektive?

When logging I get values up to 2400mbar... So...whats up?.. lol

I have a brand new external manometer on the compressor I make the pressure with... when reaching above 0,4 on the manometer, vagcom (with ignition on) shows 1400mbar, above 0,4 bar, it still shows 1400mbar... though I pump like 1,0 bar in, it does not change in vagcom!

Strange thing is though, when I make logs with vagcom, I have logs showing above 1400 mbar

manometer on the compressor?
how do you seal the whole intake tract to "just" check the MAP sensor then?
throttle body is open slightly

Not on the compressor itself. Have one similar to this:

The video can give you an idea of how I did it.
I did not make pressure over the tb, just from before first intercooler, and after the second intercooler
