Colour on, doesn't look the same in pictures as it does in real life

Just need to do the insides black now. I would have done them orange, but ran out of paint just doing the faces

Looks good how low are you now in mm?

80ish I guess, I've never measured. The APs are quoted as 65mm max and I've got the adjuster ring out but the base bit still in. Not sure I believe what they quote though as the fronts have about 20mm left of thread!

I'm going to polish the lips before spring so we should have:

The long road to polished lips begins!

I wasn't sure if they were 1 or 2 piece before buying, but since I've done a bit of research and found that the 5x100 fitment RH wheels are 1 piece and the Porsche fitment 2 piece. They are light though, I weighed one and it was only about 10kg :)

So before cracking out the paint stripper I decided to get rid of the shitty plastic bolts. Will save masking them all of:

My plan is to tap the holes and put some proper stainless steel bolts in :)

Bye Bye orange:

2 goes of paint stripper applied for 30 mins each:

Never used paint stripper before so introduced water a bit too soon when getting it off but didn't come out too bad:

After more of a scrub and some 120 grit paper:

Wish I'd avoided the centres with the stripper as it made a real gooey mess, I'm guess due to it being the original powdercoat and much better attached than the paint on the lips.

Cheeky little OBD2 Bluetooth adapter, its the smaller type which means I can close the draw up without any trouble:

It's new home, didn't see all this dust until I took the photo lol!

Mount for my new phone, impressed! no screwing into the dash required and it feels pretty sturdy:

Great app to connect to the bluetooth adapter:

My current favourite layout and theme, although I might change revs for speed soon:

In position with my Cupra handbrake cover and red stitched gear gaiter that I don't think I've ever grabbed a photo of:

It's made by brodit, it's a two part thing where you buy bit to suit the car and then the bit to suit your phone. Reasonably expensive but worth it in my opinion :)

Looks nice and tidy.

The Bluetooth adapter thing, is that for your phone to be hands free as well? Or purely for the torque app. I'm looking to get Bluetooth set up in my car as it didn't come as standard :(
