What is the max power you can get out of a pd130 with std internals?

Internals are good for circa 400bhp (I think!)..

No im going custom turbo and will go new injectors soon

Im standing on 190bhp with std turbo and injectors(14.7@158kph)
Was just wondering as i will push it over 200bhp with my turbo and injectors and am scared of flying pistons

The internals are bullet proof mate, lots of PD130's around running hybrid turbos and pushing out 240bhp..

Dont think you have much left in the standard turbo though..

hey ramster, any luck with a turbo? im also in sa in i must say when it comes to tdi we dont really know jack! please let me know about your findings wher are you in sa? currently i got 180whp in my cupra tdi but its got a super chip in and it smokes like a russian! looking to hybrid the turbo 17/22 or even something totally new any suggestions for us in lil old sa? thanks

Best direct bolt on turbo would be a Gt20/56v.
