Meguiars step 1 & 2

This may be a stupid question but I aint got a clue.
Can I use Meguiars step 1 & 2 with a random orbital polisher to put these on and off? It run at 3,000 rpm and has a micro fibre bonnet. Don't if that makes any difference?

think there designed to be used by hand. not sure what effect it'l have using a PC or the like

did my vrs with 1&2 today and clay before hand,wouldn't use the paint cleaner with a polisher tbh,it can be quite agressive.
i put the polish on with my bare hand,and took it off the same.stage 3 was interrupted by a split ass.

It looks like it's by hand then. I could do with a bit of excersise
