iv tried to search but cant find the answer how do i send a personal message on here help appreciated thankyou will

Click the cursor over the name of the person and a box will drop down it will say send private message.

number 7 tells you the rules of being a new member and what parts of the site you are restricted from.

iv just managed to get my old account back went through alot of emails to find out which email adress it was under to reset everything
