MiB 2 static noise

I’ve done a MiB 2 retro fit in my 2014 seat Leon sc everything is fine but when I get inside the car I can hear a static noise coming from the passenger side pilar speaker the speaker is fine as I’ve plugged a new one in and the same static noise happens from the same speaker also I have put another MiB 2 box in the car and the same static noise is happening and as soon as I connect my phone to the car it stops why is this

Is the AM/FM radio default audio source when the unit is turned on? Interference from damaged AM/FM antenna cables may cause static noise. Try pulling the antenna plugs off the unit and see if the noise stops.
