Mid Exhaust

Hi,
I’ve had my exhaust snap going into the rear box, believe this is the mid pipe with another silencer / resonator in it.
Any ideas on price and where I would get one from? When I google I can only find aftermarket systems including back box.

Depends which model you have. My midbox started blowing on the seam but I have a Cupra and couldn't get a pattern part. It was dealer only for cat back. So I took the opportunity to fit a mid box delete kit, sounds great now!

All other models have the exhaust systems available from aftermarket parts places. If yours has cracked too near to the backbox you might need to fit a cat back system.

Dealer part but depending on where it's broken I would consider a mid box delete. Zaustworks sell them for £80 on eBay, that's where I got mine from. Didn't take me too long to fit, only needed to make one cut and drop the exhaust down to get it all back together. Sounds nice and meaty now but not boomy inside.

Does it pass mot ok with this as may be the cheapest option.

Aslong as cats ar still in it will pass Mot no problem

Yes, it only takes the box out that is just in front of the nearside rear wheel. It's miles after the cat.
