hi all i have a milltek downpipe, sports cat and cat back system, and relised last night that it is blowing. any one else had problems like this????
funnily enough yeah, I have a full Milltek system turbo back, and mine has now started knocking a lot on the rear beam,
Luckily i spoke to Milltek about it and they are now taking it back and looking at the car for me. Very helpful guys as ever.

it was fitted by the last owner in cheshire, i bought the car wid just th exhust etc, on the car! i live in south wales so the nearest dealer is miles away! im gna have to speak to milltek direct, im gna take it to friends garage to c if its sumin simple!
It was fitted by Awesome GTI less than a year ago i think.
I dont think the Exhaust is blowing mate. Have you had it up on a ramp and had a look?

ye it is, cracked weld on the centre box, passed the mot wid it this morning tho! spoken to milltek they are sending me a new one
If you live in south wales like me and a few of the guys on here then westec performance in leeway indusrial estate in newport is your nearest dealer, in fact ive ordered a full turbo back system fro Grant a couple of days ago, wont be in for 3-4 weeks though hows your experience with the exhaust apart from that?

well it was all goin good until today wen milltek said they aint got any exhusts in the country and wont have any for 2 weeks, then a week to get to the dealers i wil be looking at 3.5 weeks for mine, so had pissed me off coz its blowing and it aint right like it should be!!! theyve annoyed me wid that!!!! so i had it fixed by prospeed in cardiff today for £20 and gna stil try to get a new one

mine was 390 plus vat at 68.25 for the cat and frontpipe from awesome gti, i iant 100% sure but im pritty positive it 2.5" bore
