Miltek Non Resonated Exhaust??

Wanting a much deeper sound from my seat leon mk2 tdi fr.
Ive had the dpf delete, and a remap.
So thinking a non resonated exhaust will give me what i want.

Does anyone know if i am looking for the right thing or could advise me on something better. Or where i could get a non resinated exhaust from plus fitted.

Not looking at spending a fortune. Only £400.

Where did you get your bumpers from mate? I've got a 2010 fr and the bumpers aren't as smart as yours, cheers.

You can pick up a second hand milltek cat back off eBay for less than that, I got one for 350 a year ago, looks so much better. The golf mk5 milltek systems fit as well so do a search for those too

there is one on eBay but the twin pipes are next to each other.
Mine are at either side of the car.

If that's the case take it to a custom exhaust place and get one made, won't be anymore than 300 I'd imagine, where abouts are you?

So my full milltek non resinated exhaust system has been fitted this aft and I have to say I'm kinda disappointed

When i Put my foot down its doesn't seem to give much of a better noise than it did with the standard exhaust fitted!

Whats going on?! Any info will be much appreciated

Is it the pd170 or cr170? I know my pd170 needed the larger downpipe for the enhanced sound

yeah mines same as yours, pd170

You will need a bigger downpipe I'm afraid or do away with the back box and have a custom straight pipe made with no boxes then keep the standard downpipe

oh, thats annoyed me abit.. :/
the guys who fitted it said it'll sound really well.
He also said it will get louder the more i drive it.. but not sure if thats the case??
If you listen to the video on youtube i posted at the top of this page, you'll see the exact same car, same exhaust, we've both had the dpf taken out.. yet that sounds mint when he boots it..
dont understand why mine isn't like that

He has the bigger stainless downpipe fitted which I think is 3" as opposed to the standard 2.75" downpipe.

Milltek Non Resonated

Hey guys i fitted the milltek over the summer to my CR170 noticed very little difference until i had the rear seats folded down friends have commented that it sounds much better from outside the car, maybe just too much sound deadening??

I'll have to see what it's like with the seats down then mate.
Although the lads told me they sound amazing with the exhaust on and doesn't even sound like a diesel anymore.
It literally sound exactly the same unless I'm stood at the back of the car while someone else revs it. So disappointed.
I've emailed the company telling them that and waiting for a reply.
