Mine came with 0245 version software and had Mirror / CarPlay / Android Auto.
Since updated to 0346 from here

OK, i can't find the exact information i want to but i have a 'mobile phone campatibility list' written in October 2015
I have copied and pasted here, it doesn't say what is upgradeable to FullLink or not but it does give part numbers and dates. The 29th May 2015 is the cut of date I was on about ie MY2016, which i've already said is week No.22.
'New Leon' refers to the 5F model when the 5F was new.
I have 5F0035020A with software 0123, prior to May 29th 2015 (by just two weeks!)
I know it was a NO to an upgrade from MirrorLink to FullLink a year ago at the 1st service, the dealer was all set to do it and then reaslised it was 14 days too old.
The clue I think is look at the list of phones and if they haveMirrorLink ticked, plus Android Auto ticked plus Apple Car Play ticked, it's a yes.
So looking at 5QA.035.858 for SeatMadSnapper Apple Car Play is a yes and the other two are ticked! BUT your car is a 2013, this chart says later than 2015?

It had no mirror link ... all it had was the 'contact dealer for activation key' message when full link was pressed.

Maybe they deserve some credit for adding Mirrorlink to a non Mirrorlink headunit!
But for it to say Full Link on the display is very confusing.

Before Stoneacre attempted to install Full link , was your USB socket in the glove box or in the centre console?

Yes appreciate that Kev, but as you and I both know, MY2016 came out a few weeks after ours did in 2015 so this particular Leon could well have a centre console mounted USB, but maybe not...........!
I quite like mine in the glove box!!
