you'd think fifth gear would just buy one, do whatever they wanted to it then sell it on ? rather than borrowing off somebody and offering fuel,catering and a hotel etc and running the risk of damaging it.

they might as well buy one, use it then sell it on for £500 cheaper than what they bought it for........

Theyre probably doing a spot on the new mk4 leon, and wanna do a line up to show the models MK1, Mk2, mk3, mk4 etc.

On a golf gti forum there also looking for a r32. So maybe they wanna do a vag feature?

i highly doubt Mr Plato will be there as its a BTCC weekend but he has a deal with a helicopter company so i guess he could fly

Would have thought it would be interesting for Plato to be there tho after all he raced these things so knows a fair bit about them, cup car was a bit of a different beast but would be interesting to hear his take on them ..
