Thanks. I went to see the car (almost identical to yours actually) and it certainly seemed to be one, didn't buy but pretty sure it's an FR+ that I'll be looking for now.
Someone also said about the FR badge is all red on the +, which it was in the one I saw but I've seen another with the regular badge but with everything else to indicate it is one as advertised.
