Well got somewhere there replacing one side.

Yeah, I think im going to end up getting a Milltek cat-back, then a stage 1 remap. Id love to go stage 2+ but cant see it in the near future anyway :-(

Well picked the car up today with new bonnet insulation and the seal fix fitted to maybe stop it happening again.

Also with the new LED rear tailights fitted:

Superb stuff mate looks quality! No issues fitting at dealership then? Also looks like led plate lights? No error codes with these? If so what are they and sorry if I missed these in previous post!

The tail lights really are nice!

Yeah, dealer was really good with it. No problems at all.

I forgot I fitted these number plate lights:

They also do ones advertised for MK2, but after contacting them before purchasing, they said those where the correct ones for the FL Leon.

No errors at all, they came with a resistor that bridged the connection from the car to the new LED lights. I just dont know if I like how they reflect off the gloss black diffuser, you can see all the individual LEDs. Maybe im just being picky lol

Ill take some more pictures of both. Give you a better idea on what I mean

thanks for the reply, thts interesting kev mine is only done 4000ish miles and sometimes I think I here the rear shocks knocking over light bumps etc, let me know how you get on,

I am waiting for my mat black Advan RZ-DF wheels to arrive for my speed blue Cupra. Your videos made me think to spend some more money and get these led lights. I whish I won a lottery or something and not to think about money and spend more and more on the Cupra. First on these fantastic looking leds.

I could get mine to knock just by bouncing the rear of the car.
I removed a shocker and you could get the noise by operating the shocker in the floor.
My dealer says they can only hear one side but both do it so it'll be another visit once I get the first one fitted to complain about the other side.

Glad you like it. Well I gave it a coat of wax today, off to a show tomorrow so had to make an effort. Must say its the first time ive properly cleaned the car, exterior wise. I must say I love the Speed Blue even more. Lovely wet shine to it
