Anyone know the best place to source a MK3 Bonnet? Fleabay is turning up nothing..

Can anyone recommend a breakers yard.. the stealers want 190.00 for a new one (in plain metal )

My original bonnet is already chipped to buggery, I just want to keep hold of it for now I think in case the worst ever happens and I suddenly need a spare. Although I'd probably just get another CF one but meh

Whilst im here i read through your readers ride thread the other day, your car is looking mint mate.. so much work! wish i had the time and money to do that! Its made me want to swap mine for a 20vt Cupra!

I recently sold my spare bonnet as got cf one, but the chap who brought it turned up in the car and just swapped it over and left the old one, so I still ended up with another bonnet !!

It is ebony black with lots of stone chips on it, but if you can collect from Colchester you can have it for free
