Mk3 recalls and known fault list

I used the forum search but nothing obvious came up.

Picking car up Thurs so wanted to check service history...

Mine was subject to a recall on turbo sensor or switch.

Only one so far that I know of, unless you're caught up in the emissions thing.

Ive not had any recalls on my Cupra 280 ST yet.

Column switches recall on 2014 models

Seems that gearbox mounts are an issue on the Cupra and golf R. There's an carmagazine review on the golf R which had the same issue as mine, the gearbox mount has fallen out. http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-re...kswagen/vw-golf-r-2015-long-term-test-review/

Tail lights steaming up, and/ or cracking. Rattling door cards. These will be remedied under warranty. Notchy manual gearboxes, though this one's common across VAG cars. 6 sp at least....
