mk3 seat's need diagram/pic

Hi

Bit of a wierd one i know, but can anyone email me some pics of the drivers and passengers seat mechanism.
Not long had my car and the person before me had the interior out to fit a roll cage, and never put it back in properly.
My seat moves when in the car (rocks slightly), and i cant seem to move my seats forwards and backwards on the runners without it being a complete hassle trying to get the seat to lock back in place. So i'm guessing there is a spring or some kind of component missing.

I need pics of underneath the seats,runners and the adjuster that moves your seat backwards and forwards.

the seats in the slider/ runner fine. Moves forward and back using the lever fine, but when it locks in place, the seat moves slightly from left to right.

Feel it more going to sharp bends, bloody annoying.
