always primer! paint will only be as good as the base it has to work with!

Defo primer everything has to be primed or the paint will just come off after not solong!

How many coats of laquer has to go one
The wheels also what grit grade do I flat
Out imperfections?

2coats for a good shine and protection, 1200-1500 wet and dry just use it wet

Can I use the wet and dry on the laquer?

I dont use laquer i wet rub the paint to get my shine instead of laquering but just try it on the inside of a spoke to see how it reacts.
