As i am sure you are all aware i am currently having a rough time with my car. Kev suggested that i should use the following settings on my car with revo B5 T7 so here is what happened when i did that,

what i dont understand is how can i go from T6 B7 with no 0 in the CF column at all then to T7 B5 and get that and why does it all appear to happen in the one column?

at what revs etc? theres nowt wrong with that if its a mix of hard and easy driving. as long as youre not seeing high figures like 8 etc.

in reply to your second question, thosae figures are fine, it could be a slightly lesser tank of fuel grade youre running etc.

so after that run i decided to knock my timing back to 6 and boost on 5 and when i did this i saw a couple of 1.5's in the same cf column as previous but no higher however in both runs my boost is still going way over requested as you can see

Ok i didnt take her to redline on that one but you can see i didnt need to as the boost is all over the place, it gets more confusing by the day?

i have run my car on optimax ever since i got her so the fuel hasnt changed in any run and i thought u couldnt see more than 3's

rpm is on the left of that one is it just heat soak then

the high boost looks like youve either got a dodgey n75 or something just isnt limiting your boost id assume that the k04 wouldnt flow much more than 2450mbar, you might be better waiting until tomorrow for some more ideas.

the high boost kev believes is either one of 2 things 1) someone has tampered with my wastegate actuator. 2) I need a performance exhaust due to my FMIC being much more efficient hence allowing easier airflow but causing a build up of back pressure the other side creating over boost (i think that is what he means in short) if not look at thread "requested vs actual part 2"

i also had the following fault code come up again "16487 Mass air flow g70 too high PO103-35-10 Intermittent"

on many of the logs i did tonight and the good old ESP light staying on which means my car has been overboosting if i remember correctly.

im thinking of (well need to do a bit of reading up on actually) on very slightly changing my actuator nut position, my actual never ever makes requested.
with the extra boost does the car feel bloody fast or is it just kangarooing?

Done some more logs tonight

Last night my car was running fine in terms of what it was putting out as i chewed up a wrx for breakfast easy i know but hey was a simple test. But my concern is it running fine and safely if that makes sense.

Tonight i chewed up a 200sx and still had loads more to go but he was in my way so decided to back off. So as you can see my car is flying it isnt really bunny hopping unless it is from cold start but thats to be expected.

The logs i did tonight showed some interesting findings;

B5 T5

At around 3200rpm my car is requesting 1.125 bar and it is getting 1.540 bar

at this point there is no timing pull back what so ever, however after gunning it and then driving down the motorway for a bit in one column at 2560rpm no boost being requested and 0.06bar actual i get a timing pull back of 3 then 5.3 then 4 am i right in assuming that this is heat soak or not or is my car fubar'd
