MOT emissions Fail .AUQ BBT KO3 Hybrid

car failled on emissions today AUQ 74, 000 miles , ko3 hybrid plus, piper 200 cell 2.5 turbo back, 550cc injectors , BMC filter, welly cooler,
Fast idle test
Actual limit
Co 0.200 0.649 Fail
HC 200 51 Pass
Lambda 1.011 Pass

Seconed fast idle test


CO 0.663 Fail
HC 47 pass
Lambda 1.012 Pass

Any ideas . Natural idle test was fine . a soon as on gas results were jumping up and down .

Going back later ,but any help would be great. Never failed a mot before boooo

Cat not doing its job properly

exhaust system is only 2 years old so not too impressed with that. although if it was the cat i would of thought the readings would just go up and up , but the they were fluctuating while at a a constant rpm level.
