easy. Didn't even use full can. Cost £8 from halfords. Its Just blue hammerite. Try not to put it on too thick and let it dry before you put it back on. And before you spray it just clean it up with a wise brush. I did wash it as well though

was easy to take off. Took no more than 5min. I didn't use a new gasket. Just risked using my old one

custom exhausts in city road. Good friends of mine.
