Jabba sport Custom Map
Full engine rebuild with Scat rods and uprated race bearings. Head fully rebuilt and cleaned.
Custom powerflow Downpipe with 200 cell sports cat (about to add V-band clamps so i can just fit a 400 cell cat for MOT and run everyday with de-cat)
Powertec filter (Ram-Air filter soon to be fitted)
Blue Forge TIP (Want red)
Forge 007p with yellow spring
Forge FMIC all blue hosing (All soon to be replaced by new toyo sports large FMIC with black alloy pipes and Red Silicone from Auto silicone hoses)

H&R shocks with 30mm springs on rear and I believe it is 40 or 50 on the front.

ok will need to reach this 15 post mark :) pics will then be up. my eml light is on :( had it on vag com andshows lambda sensor fault. Internal resistance to High :/

Claire I've heard alot about your cupra it sounds really good and your thread is a great read. I Know Alex with the red Astra gsi rep who was at uni down your way he was tellin me bout your car.

ok hopefully car will be going into Wallace performance before the 16th to benifit from the current Revo Sale :) stage 2. hopefully turbo and 4bar fpr will be on the way soon. can any1 recomend if the sports cat or the full decat is better?

Plans

LCR splitter currently in the back of the car.
Raise it back up by 15mm (scrubs slightly)
Powdercoat the wheels in graphite grey or gloss black (not decided yet)
3" downpipe and decat to complement the supersprint exhaust
Ko3s or ko4-001 turbo
4 bar fpr (on its way)
Clean up the interior door handles (probs going the same colour as wheels)
New airfilter to replace this grubby one (recomendations please)
New lambda sensor (eml on producing fault about internal resistance to high :/)
6 or 8k HID kit
Stage 2 map most probs revo
Fully remove the n249 unit
Spray the rocker cover and inlet manifold in gloss black with a blue and gold glitter.
Possibly re-routing the hot intercooler pipe and putting in smaller screen wash bottle.

thoughts and ideas much appreciated

Looking good pal, iv got the same air filter as you, but am changing it to a jetex

cheers claire. Do you know what make this filter is? mine is so mucky its unbelievable i'm supprised any air actually goes through it.

that door handle idea is quite good really :) might just have to think about that. I have carbon wrap lying around the place somewhere

ok i got bored today. decided i would give my airfilter a clean. to my annoyance i took the filter off to find OIL in the intake pipe MAF. i then decided to check the cold intercooler pipe to find oil in there to.

am I right in saying this will be turbo oil seals or could this be much worse?

If it is turbo seals think the new turbo will be here quicker than i thought

Are you running a catch tank mate if not to my understanding that's right because your running standard pcv valve my intercooler popes.also have a lil oil on them
