My cupra isnt boosting

The EML light has come on tho....

doesnt feel as fast as 17psi tho lol time for fmic and APR stage 1 me thinks...Gonna Get vagcom on it 2night then do another log...I have never touched the pipes apart from replace them...

clear the fault codes with vag com and see if they come back

might just be from the over boost faults already on there

Cant belive how much better it is to drive no stutter or owt..
How have they got mixed up tho?He fitted a new turbo on it? and got the pipes mixed up?As the turbo was really clean...

C-C phase 1 on the 20th jan me thinks

yeh, i think its prob had turbo replaced and thats when they were re-attathced incorrectly

i remember when i finally got the problems on my car sorted... its such a relief!!

ive loved driving every minute since

then when u get a remap, ul prob never want to sell it!! haha

Im glad its sorted and that you can enjoy it now but 17 pages for the vac pipes on your actuator being the wrong way round! Any decent garage that knows about 20VTs could have told you that in 5 mins if you took it to them to check pipes as you have always seemed unsure about whether your bypass had been done correctly or not.

Apart from awesomegti that is only place that now about vags..I did take it to a garage but i like to do things my self...As its more pleaseing plus i had fantastic help and guides from you lot...
I did have dowt about the bypass but its the same as adams and beattie17....so it must have been in my head eh?
One of the major reason i did it my self as im always working and to get time to take it to a garage and charge me loads of money wasnt a option for me...
I did say to beattie and benny if it isnt fixed by the 20th jan im takin it awesomegti...

Yeah ive always truly loved her tbh but i wanted it running right hence my dowts...
Drives like a dream...Gonna get it scanned and some logs done to make sure everything is fine....
The Remap at the end of the month all being well...Got a spare Map sensor aswell lol if anyone wants it lol

seems like the people who did the turbo were cowboys and the stuttering was probably the reason it was sold!

Yeah just took it for a drive then and let it warm up to 90c....Pulled on to the slip road and floored it...My god is the word i wanna use lol....Pulled right round the rpm range without missing a beat

No stuttering or hestition at all...Drive so smooth and the power comes on nice...

In our defence - that is easy to miss, and not the sort of thing you'd look for, how long has it been like that FFS - it beggars belief. I'm glad the old girl is sorted, poor thing didn't know her arse from her actuator

We'll get that scan boxed off tomorrow and it's happy days.

Glad it sorted now tho, but i'd run it for a while before you get it remapped to see if you have any other problems.

Your not the only one....Been in it all night tonight and its been fine ...Doesnt come on hardboost like it used to tho lol 17psi lol but the remap will sort that on the 20th...

Yeah im still gonna buy a few more parts for it and get it running mint and then il also now what ive replaced and were i stand..

mines still broken not hit any luck yet and got mine fixed, reading how yours was fixed i did go and check it on mine but its rigth lol.
