Not a huge fan of the bumpers, sorry dude. I like the spoiler though, proper Peugeot 206 WRC style :)

10/10 for effort though, must have spent a lot of time and money on it!

The sad thing for you must be that people like mixupz and dan on here have done so much better with less money on their 1.2s and made true cruise machines

YES, I ROCK!

to be fair mate i quite like that back bumper and the sounds must be awesome, if you've done the car your way then fairplay to you!

welcome btw

the reason being is that the ibiza is a greatly styled car as is...when you add post manuf*cktering into it it takes away the sleek refined styling that has gone into it. as far as aftermarket body kits go, the only thing that ive seen that looks even half decent on the ibiza is MS design (i think its them) side skirts.

honestly mate go euro and you wont regret it...if not give me the money you will spend on yours, ill spend it on mine and show you how it can look

me 2 :D

the retrim is spot on as said before though, the ibiza is a cooly stylish car fresh off the prouction line, it probably does suit subtle more (he says with a bright yellow mother flucker ) but it would be a boring world if everyone did the same!

check out mine and mixupz's threads in the readers rides and let us know what you think of our fellow 1.2 beasts!

your rides are awesome as i said before but in belfast there are way too many ppl with beezas and 15s dropped 40mill so i wanted to be different but i see what your saying and the overall consensus on this site is less is more.
but i guarantee noone else has an ibiza like it lol (waits for the "cuz noone else would buy that kit" quote) :p

dont mind the kit too much, but i do very much like the leather retrim... really does make the interior different

cars not for me im afraid, i prefer the less is more approach (as in i prefer to take bits off )

never have liked the fartcan, snowplough effect lol i think that style has seen its day!

you mentioned that you wanted to be different (i could be different and paint my car tartan it doesnt mean it looks good!) , but at the end of the day all 'modified' cars with kits inevitebly end up looking strikingly simmilar, ten back boxes 'in yer face' body kit, 'bangin choons' etc etc, in MY opinion scrap the kit get some cupra items bolted on and stop wasting money repairing a kit thats just going to end up f*ucked time after time.

your car, your money who am i to judge!

well if it cost less to put the fr front bumper on i would but it is cheaper for a repair or honestly i would!
how much does an fr bumper retail for from the stealers anyway?

Basically return it to standard and sell all the 'extreme' mods, bodykit. Then smooth it all out, get some new alloys and go from there. Thats the advice i think? (try some borbet or VAG wheels)

I cant afford the insurance at the moment but if i could id be lowered on some 17's and smooth all the rubstrips out. Debadged grille, HIDs, S2000 aerial that kind of thing

Thought i'd pop a reply in before it gets sent to the scrapyard! (car or the thread I hear you say...)

How can I sum this up... as one of the most influential Ibiza MK4 owners its not to my taste and I would have put the money to better use... think VR6 conversion, better wheels, smoothed bits etc etc :D

But not everybody digs with the same crew eh?!

Not quite as bad as that red 1.2 thing on Pistonheads - now that is AWFUL!

Personally, overall, not a fan, but its not my car. I'm assuming you can't afford quicker than a 1.2, but the money spent on it could have been added to a fund ready for the time when an FR or Cupra is available.

i guess until you have a better car you'll love that one, up to you.

i had a mk4 Polo 3 years ago. spent too much money on it and then some old :censored: drove into me on a roundabout and wrote it off.

biggest waste of money. since had a 2006 Ibiza Sport and now my 2005 FR. both of which i've not bothered modifying much at all, as they're so nicely styled as it is.

just my opinion.
