60/40. If you go 40/40 the front will sit 20mm higher at the front still as its this way with the standard. 60/40 brings it level and IMO it looks much better level.

Although I may be biased!! I doubt you will get any rubbing lowered 60mm on the front with the ronal's.
 
yeah,does look odd with the front being higher.why are they like this?
just dont want any problems
also should i go for 15 or 20mm spacers on the rear?
are the ronals 7j wide?
 
just found a 80/60 kit.
would this be to low with 16S ???
anyone got a 80/60 kit fitted? any problems???
 
if i end up keeping it,will be getting either some 16 or 17" alloys,lower it a bit and a s/s cat back for starters.
what s/s systems do people have on theres or recommend want a rasp sound rather than a in your face saxo/corsa chav boom thats about 150000 db
got a jetex cat back on my leon 20vt but its a little to quite
any ideas
also does anyone have a link where i can get a hid kit?

mine has a magnex cat back with no middle silencer, with an oval tailpipe, think it's about 4"x7" or there abouts. it has a very deep burble that rises to an angry growl, think old alfa boxer flat four on steroids! not too loud on motorways though.
 
picked up my 16" white ronal multispokes and got some HR 15mm spacers now so just need some longer bolts.
just need to get a lowering kit on order.going to go for the 60/40 kit i think.
other than that just going to get some hids and a half leather interior when i can find one and maybe a s/s system at some stage
still on the look out for a standard airbox if anyones got one
will get some pics up asap when i get the multispokes on.should look 10x better than with the bbs ra alloys
 
just a few pics now ive fitted the ronals,15mm spacers and painted the calipers.hids and lowering kit on the way.

the wheels on it are mk3 golf 15" bbs i think

my problem with the air box its been removed and a cheap induction kits been put on.take it i need to find a standard airbox then

anyone know the best gear to use to get the shine back on kiwi as its gone flat?

i've got a standard airbox with a pipercross panel filter and the box is drilled

the car looks very mint, good choice, the ronals look the tits
 
yeah the ronals look alot better than the bbs ra,s it came with.
can you give me a pm when you have the standard airbox and filter and ill take it off you

ronals are 6.5js..... im running coilovers the front dropped about 65mm and the rear 50mm, scrubbing with 20mm spacers but 15mm shud be perfect. i personally wouldnt go much lower then that at the back... 40mm is good
 
anyone got a pic of a kiwi mk2 with mk3 1.8T alloys on? not sure wether to stick with the ronals or go for some mk3 1.8T alloys?
 
gave it a wash then a quick clay followed by a coat of wax over the weekend.
i was please with the results.got quite a good deep shine.couldnt beleave how much rubbish the clay bar removed also.
still have the wheels to do (going to use the clay bar on them) then ill start on the engine bay
hes a pic when id finished.if the sun deciedes to come out some time this week,ill take a few more
