Hi everyone,
I just returned home from the garage, having a new useless feature
that I've been considering for a long time.
I found this garage that offers the service of applying electrostatic paint to the brake calipers and I decided to go for it.
The color code is RAL 1003, named signal yellow. The other color I was considering was the classic Cupra copper but yellow seemed more attractive.
They claimed that the brake specialists they are working with is the best in neighbourhood but it didn't prove correct.
These so-called specialists couldn't manage to bleed the brakes correctly after refilling the hydraulic fluid and now I have a looong travelling spongy brake pedal.
I changed my route to home to pay a visit to my local dealer right at the time they were closing for the day, told them the story and they promised to get that brake pedal to the way it felt before, first thing tomorrow morning.
Anyway, I won't let this small glitch spoil the fun of having something new, I believe it will be corrected as if nothing happened.
Cheers,
Serdar
