ive got an '01 LC and its got the spanish tyre pressure sticker. always just assumed its because seat are a spanish company.

i think the same now mate, i didnt have it on my LC and was suprised when i see it on the LCR

dam you got me mate, lol
nah im not putting any thing out there yet, but as far as i know, when i do it, i think i will be 1 of 4 in the uk

Hmmm either a 2.8 v6 conversion, or you're going 4wd ;)

Either that or you're going to sell your brembos and put 312mm on instead, so it looks like a "base model" Euro LCR lol

have you read through the service book yet ?

1st dealer supply ?

old invoices ?

even the original reg number will give some clue as to it's history

rite then,
after having to change a fuel pipe i found a a 2 new things iv not noticed on the LCR, iv hade the LCR just under a year and had my old Cupra for 3 years b4 getting rid and never noticed 2 out of the 3 things on that.
So…is my LCR an import????
1 – when I went for the remap, they used a set map for “Z” car, when they put there LCR 210bhp map on mine, it didn’t like it, after some playing they got a LCR 225 map on there and it worked, they made a few tweeks and off I went.
They said that had only happened once to them and it was a Spanish car…

New ones found Monday
2- I found a sticker inside my fuel flap, not noticed it before and never had one on my LC, I know that as I had the flap off once.
It said to only use 98 ron and had tire pressures on it, mostly in Spanish.

3- I found out that I have parking lights on my car?? Never had them in my LC and noticed when my little girl got out of the drivers seat and turnt the indicator on, I had the keys in my pocket at the time and ding, on came the front side and rear light, out of curiosity I put the indicator to the other side and ding, on came that side…

Does any one else have this on there’s

we can conclude that the car is not an import just me being blind
still odd to have the spanish sticker in the fuel flap though

in the manual, LC and LCR need a minimum of 98 ron .... i have parking lights on mine and on my old 99 plate golf gttdi, tyre pressures will either be in bar, or kPa devide the high number like 200 ish by 7, as kPa is 7 times higher than psi, i work at a seat/skoda specialist and work in either bar or kPa as previously worked in psi

like i have put in the first post, i know its not an import now but thank you all...

and the little thing i was going to be doing seems to have fallen on its face now, gutted but never mind, no it wasnt an engine swap, 4x4 or smaller brakes but was going to be a white respray, long story but never mind, it will be done in yellow now by the looks of it
