On the Stage 2+ car I am familiar with, it was 365bhp @ fly and 326bhp @ wheels.
For this reason i have reduce the pick pressure a 1,75 for the standard k04 turbo and continuos boost of 1,4 bar until 55000 rpm and 1.3-1.2 bar until 7000 rpm , but i want to know if your pressure of 1,35 is costant until 7000 rpm or no...!?!?

pistons are forged as standard mate. dont really need to change them till your going quite a bit past 400hp.
Race cars in the States are pushing 420bhp on stock internals so i think there no problem there.
shouldnt be although dangb did bend one iirc, but his car might have had different pistons.![]()
Dans isnt a cupra so I dont THINK the rods were as strong.

In cupra never and ever use twinterintercooler. You must replace the original with bigger one only!
