yeah insurance companies are ******'s.
Simple way to look at it, if you owe them money or they want to 'upgrade your policy' they will ring you every 5 minutes for days even weeks.
Yet when its the customer who has phoned them to make a claim after stumping up your hard earned, they take weeks, even months, maybe years too sort the
problem.
I would be hassling the shite out of them till they do something. call everyday for an update, they will soon be sick of telling you its still being processed, they will get it sorted so much quicker and then at the end if they get snotty at any point record names etc, and complain like mad to the head office. therefore you can screw the company like they screw us for insurance prices which are plucked out of their arse's.
