Well yesterday I went and picked my car up from Cecil & Larter in Bury St Edmunds. It has taken 7 weeks to get here but it was definitely work the wait!
I got the following options 17" 'Saga' alloy wheels, Bluetooth Communications Pack & Combined USB/AUX-in Port (CUP), Convenience Pack, Cruise Control, Dark Tinted Windows, Electric Folding Door Mirrors, ESP with Hill Hold, XDS, EBA and Tyre Pressure Monitoring, centre arm rest and Climate Control. I also got a removable tow bar fitted by the dealer.

I got the car in "Black Magic" and am so pleased with it. The dealer was great too right from day 1 when I went for a test drive.

Here a few low quality pictures.

I have done a few hundred miles in it already and am getting about 62mpg on dual carriage way (70mph) driving and around 51mpg on A roads. I love the amount of power it has. :D

I got my ibiza sc from Cecil & Larter in Bury St Edmunds, I live in norfolk but I got a better deal at C & L bury, good luck with your new car.

Yes same here, I tried Norwich first and although they gave me a good deal I didn't think they were as helpful and as friendly as the guys down in Bury.

this just goes to show that good customer relations go a long way in sales. What are they like with after sales care though????

If you dont mind me asking what did you pay? I am about to purchase one very shortly.

Can't remember the exact figure but it was around the 14k mark, this was with a few extras like gap insurance and life shine. The dealer said now the prices have gone up that he wouldn't be able to do that deal again. It was on the lower VAT rate also.

I was on the lower vat rate too.

I got the car with ESP, Electric Windows, iPod Prep, 17" standard alloys, Bluetooth & climate control and it cost me £13100ish after discounts. I bought the autoglym as well which was £200.
