Was it easy to remove the actual whole dial unit from the dashboard though?

Yes it was. The speedo is held with 2 screws and 2 connectors at the back

Thanks guys Not sure about the mods just yet. Was planning to get a re-map but not 100% sure if i should. I'm keen to get my hands on a R32 black leather interior so just keeping my eyes and pockets open
