the skirts rear and front are all the one kit, i dont know who makes it tho sorry, was on it when i bought the car. They are 17's and no scrubbing at all, even with our bumpy country roads over here. should be able to get 19's on it with very little scrubbing.
heres the springs i used and to be honest the ride isnt that much different from standard.

although they are 55mm, they drop a bit more on the toledos as they are golf springs, thats the cheapest site ive found them on

suspension mods

hi mate, i,ve got a standard 1.9tdi
16" standard alloys. I was going to drop it by 40mm but keep the standard shocks for the time being.
Wot differences can i expect to the quality of the ride??
that is comfort,:D road holding etc etc
cheers,
gary

to be honest the quality of the ride isnt much different from standard. however the looks and handling are greatly improved over standard. sticks to the road:) .

If you change your alloys drop me a pm, i'd love them for my toledo....

Is that the centre's that came with the wheels?

I've a set of Audi TT 6 spoke and I need some SEAT centres to replace the Audi ones so any idea where these came from ?

Also, with a 60mm drop you'll need to watch your sump as these things are low to start with

Car looks well, you should bring it to out monthly meets at Corrs Corner :)

the centre caps can be got from a seat dealers as far as i know.
yeah i know the sumps are low, take it easy over the bumpy roads.

hi mate, saw your car ,,looks great,
ive just bought 40mm lowered springs and a set of 17's, not on the car yet, buying tyres next week. What size do you recommend( i was thinking 215/45's or maybe 225/45', don't want to lose too much comfort.

I also had a quick look at the back springs on the car, and i was just thinking they would look the same (diameter wise) but the lowered ones look a little narrower.... i have checked part numbers etc (ok). did you notice this when you changed yours?????:D

cheers mate, i had visions of a strip down to discover the wrong springs or summiit.
if my toledo looks anything like yours afterwards, i'll be really chuffed,
thanks for the advice
gary:D

emm if your getting tyres 225/45/17s would be the ones to get i think, they're the standard size on the 17's on the leon cupra....
