another stupid question, where do you get some of that heat shrink stuff from? Wilkos? B&Q?

All mine hold boost (except the servo line that has a non-return). I've got clips on.

Ah, sorry Dave. Its been a verl long and hard week at work and I've had a few beers ;)

I dont use and hose clips on my vac lines but I am using a smaller bore than you and there are a nice snug fit and take a little force to remove them.

I read you were after some silicone spray too. Pay the postage and I'll also stick some in the post mate :)

When i first started on here people always used to say either 3mm vac hose or 4mm with small zip ties.. I`ve always used 3mm with no problems that i know of?

I was just thinking, wouldnt it be better to go off the ID of what the pipe connects to?

I havent got my car at the moment, but for example if you look at the nipple on the DV im sure the ID is no bigger than 3mm?
