N75 adjustment??

Just a qwicky but is the screw in the N75 valve really any type of adjustment or is it just a myth?

Ive already done the remap thing I was just curious if that screw did do anything as i read a post saying it was adjustable but wasnt convinced.

Im after a FMIC next, any veiws on the best one to get??
