so have you checked the dv is ok? ok its new, but the top can still be loose.
try to borrow a n75 to try, rather than spending out on a new one as i dont think it will be the n75.
also try to log at higher rate as that doesnt seem to show any fluctuation.

The top is screwed on tight, changed the spring for a yellow one to see if it would help last night.
I can't seem to get vag-com to log higher than about 1.5 samples a second?
I'm starting to think it's just a guage problem. The guage seems to be showing about 1-2psi down to vag-com.
I may be able to try an Ibiza n75 tonight, as long as it's an F or C right?

My n75 duty cycle repeatedly hits 100% is this correct? Does 100% mean the wastegate is fully open or closed?

Tried a N75C off mates Ibiza cupra and the surging has gone! I presume I should be replacing it with a new F?
