Has anyone had a play with one of these?

Hellfrauds have them at £189 at the moment!

Looks like 5 digit Postcode, but knows streets & houses - so I guess it'll narrow down

Includes Europe too (on CD)

A friend bought the Navman even after trying our TomTom and found it really disappointing especially the limit on the 5 characters for the postcode.

It only runs some version of windows mobile, and there are hacks out there to turn it back to a PDA the you can install the TomTom PDA software if you want.

I've used Navman units in the past, only looked at this one mind, but don't like them.
I picked up a TomTom One for £175 - ok its not brand new but I'm not complaining for that price! They are £220 new, but using some clever codes from the link you can get one for £204 inc delivery.

Do the Tom Tom one's support 'borrowed' Europe maps still?

That's one appeal for this navman

OS... application errors requiring a a hard reset a couple of times.

I think it might be because I was trying to get it to recalculate route on the fly which it didn't like doing. Also the post code search didn't seem to work very well.
