Need help to find perfect flush fitment on seat Leon Cupra 300 5f with spacers or completely new wheels

So basically I have OEM wheels (8Jx19 ET50) but I don’t like how they look on my car,I want a flush fitment. If I get spacers,what withd should I get for front and back? Or new wheels what ET value should I get? If possible can you send picture with your guys suggestions?
