New 6l tdi sport owner looking for a little advice from birmingham

Hi guys this is my first vag car im usually into my japs but have always liked vags since ive got friends with leon cupra r mk1s and ibiza cupra mk3. Mine is a 130bhp mk4 ibiza diesel 5 door so obviously not an all out performance car. Im planning on keeping the car standard apart from a remap for the summer but need advice on some brake upgrades since the standard ones don't feel up to scratch even with the engine untouched

Any suggestions?
